Pearson Corporate Center is a 300,000 sq ft complex in Toronto consisting of two eight-story office towers joined together by a central atrium.
In 2018 the building owners asked Armstrong to upgrade the original pumps to new Design Envelope pumps. Armstrong replaced 6 constant speed pumps with new Design Envelope intelligent, cloud-connected pumps. Based on modeling calculations, the new system was expected to produce energy savings of 64%. The actual energy savings are over 80%.
