Ventus at Metrogate is a condominium complex located in the greater Toronto area, developed by Tridel Corporation. The retrofit project involved removing one of the existing base-mounted pumps and replacing it with the series 4302 dualArm pump. Post-retrofit, operating data shows that the 4302 dualArm with a Parallel Sensorless Pump Controller is 85% more energy-efficient than the previously installed base mounted pumps.

Pearson Corporate Center is a 300,000 sq ft complex in Toronto consisting of two eight-story office towers joined together by a central atrium.
In 2018 the building owners asked Armstrong to upgrade the original pumps to new Design Envelope pumps.
